Alumni questionnaires.

The Alumni questionnaires provide information about early University of Kentucky men and women students. The questionnaire provides the students' year of graduation, family members' names, alumni addresses, and occupation. There are also rosters of alumni for the years 1869-1913 and it is assumed that the rosters were prepared around 1913. They are arranged chronologically by year of graduation. Separate rosters in three volumes are also available. They list alumni by year of graduating class (1869-1912). Information includes name of alumnus, original residence, and employment subsequent to graduation. Fragmentary clippings are occasionally included. An in-house, file card name index is available to determine if a student filled out a survey and to facilitate searching.
